What it is
ESC wellness is a program that provides healing from physical and emotional healing to individuals whose current situation might stem from trauma that exhibits itself in abnormal behavior patterns such as diet/recidivism, eating, and substance use disorders
ESC Wellness is a four-part program that consists in :
1) Diagnostic Interview or Assessment
What makes Diagnostic Interviewing different is that we don't just focus on your present situation (e.g., difficulties maintaining a healthy weight). Instead, we help you explore the reasons for your challenges to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In addition, this program is not a one-size-fits-all. Thus the assessment to uncover each client-specific need. Through our sustainable change program, we diagnose and identify your individual needs. We then show you how to make life-long changes tailored to your needs.
2) Mind, body, and soul Detox
Detoxing the mind and body is of utmost importance in this program. Many of our challenges originate from cultural norms and beliefs that do not serve us well. Therefore learning to renew our thinking sets precedence for success.
Our expertise and tools rely on proven and tested ancients and current methods regarding renewing one's mind. With our practices, your transformation is inevitable.
3) Nutrition Guide
ESC wellness believes in the power of the natural laws of health. These laws work as doctors God provided for healing the mind and body. Nutrition is one of those doctors; however, not all nutritional programs are not equal. So here, we teach our clients how to choose healing foods. Healings not only provide fuel for the body, but they also heal the mind.
We provide all the tools you need to be successful, including lessons on nutrition, cooking (sample meal plan), and physical activities tailored just for your needs.
4) Prayer and meditation
Prayer and meditation are crucial to overcoming habits that we need to unlearn. Learn how to pray and meditate in this battle against appetite and other habits you want to unlearn and the new ones you need to relearn.
Prayer gives power, assurance, confidence, empowerment, and the faith that God can help us overcome any obstacle.
This program is incomplete without the element of prayer and meditation. Meditation on words that give life is exciting.

1/3 cup chia seeds for binding.
And 1/2 of lemon juice
Procedure
Soak the quinoa for 7 to 8 hours, wash, and put in your blender or food processor
Add the chia egg and the rest of the ingredients, blend all, and pour into an oiled baking pan.
Bake for 90 minutes at 250 degrees.

Hey, there, I wanted call our attention on the idea of targeted eating and by that, I mean anything we put in our bodies must be for medicinal purposes and not just to satisfy hunger.
✳️God created food for healing our minds and bodies. Therefore, choosing foods with that in mind can set us on the path to repairing and recovering from the daily environmental and stress damages.
For example, the fruits on the plate in this video are good for the skin, heart, and kidneys. I am mentioning those specific organs because of the dominance of some of the vitamins and minerals they contain (vitamin C, and potassium ). They are rich in other minerals too but not in as considerable amounts as those two.
Those three fruits are high in antioxidants which help our body fight against free radicals that cause diseases such as cancer.
